Trust and safety

A vendor earns the Verified badge only after our team has checked, in five steps: the owner's identity, proof of the business, the business address, three references from past clients and original portfolio work. Vendors who are not yet verified are still listed - clearly marked Unverified - and rank below verified vendors with an equal score. We re-verify every year.

Quick Responder, Top Rated, Shubh Assured, Founding Vendor and New are computed from real data - response rates, verified-booking reviews, cancellations - and recomputed every night. They cannot be bought.

When you pay through Shubh Bazaar, the money is held and released to the vendor in the stages agreed in the quote. Every fee and tax is shown before you pay. If something goes wrong you can open a dispute and the held money is frozen until our team decides. Never pay a vendor outside the app - outside payments are not protected.

Reviews come from customers with verified phone numbers; reviews of completed bookings carry a Verified booking label. We publish good and bad alike, check for fakes, and vendors cannot edit or delete a review. Read the review policy.

Vendors never see your phone number or email unless you choose to share them with that vendor - and you can take that back. See the privacy policy.

Paid placements are marked Sponsored, appear only in fixed positions, must match what you searched for and never change the organic order. Tap "Why am I seeing this?" on any card. Read the sponsored listings policy.
