How reviews are collected and moderated

We ask you to review a vendor 3 days and again 14 days after the function. A review from a completed booking carries the Verified booking label. You can also review a vendor you hired outside the platform - it is shown without that label.

• Write at least 50 characters; rate overall and the details that matter. You must be OTP-verified.
• Reviews are checked automatically (abuse, personal details, links, duplicates) and, when needed, by a person within 72 hours. Good and bad reviews are published alike.
• A vendor can reply once, publicly. Vendors cannot edit or remove a review.
