Invite family and track your budget

From My event → Family invite people by WhatsApp or a link and choose their role:

• Owner - everything, including paying.
• Co-planner - plans and shortlists; the owner approves quotes and payments.
• Planner - a professional planner working for you; same approval rule.
• Payer - sees and pays only what they are asked to pay.
• Viewer - looks and votes, cannot contact vendors.

The Budget page splits your total across categories and tracks what you planned, what is committed in accepted quotes and what you have paid. You are warned at 90% and at 100% of a category. Export it to PDF or Excel any time.
