Compare quotes, sign and book

When a vendor sends a quote you see the line items, taxes, what is included and the payment schedule, and the amount per plate or per hour where it applies. If you asked several vendors, Compare quotes puts them side by side.

You can ask for changes, decline, or accept. Accepting a quote creates the booking: you and the vendor both sign the contract in the app (a click-to-accept record, not a qualified e-signature) and the date is held for you. Other open quotes in that category close politely.

If you are a co-planner or planner on someone else's event, the event owner approves before a quote is accepted or a payment is made.
